About Us
A community of young changemakers, united by the Rotaract spirit — Service Above Self.
Welcome to Rotaract Club of Ahmedabad Midtown
We are a dynamic group of young professionals and students committed to community service, leadership development, and meaningful change. Established in 2016 as the youth wing of the Rotary Club of Ahmedabad Midtown, our club has spent nearly a decade turning ideas into impact across Ahmedabad and Gujarat.
Rotaract brings together people aged 18 and above to exchange ideas for the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. We are a charter member of Rotary International, proudly operating under District 3055.
Our Mission
To develop young leaders committed to creating positive change — through service projects, professional development, cultural exchanges, and meaningful connections among members.
Our Impactful Projects
Our club is renowned for two cornerstone initiatives:
- Nivaala (निवाला): Dedicated to fighting hunger, Nivaala has earned recognition as the Best Community Project for five consecutive years. Every Sunday, we distribute nourishing meals to 80+ underprivileged individuals in Ahmedabad.
- Aahar (आहार): Focusing on animal welfare, Aahar ensures 100+ animals receive food and care every Sunday morning — a testament to our compassion for all living beings.
